RFA Fort George enters Devonport for the last time

On 1 February 2011 RFA Fort George entered Devonport to discharge and de-store prior to being laid up.

The UK Government announced that she was to be withdrawn from service as part of the Strategic Defence and Security review along with RFA Bayleaf (3) and RFA Largs Bay.
